Case Study 1: (Pharma/ Health Care Research)

Client: A major healthcare market research company with operations in North America.

Methodology: End to End Online Primary Research

Sample Size: 685 respondents covering general practitioners and specialists.

Purpose: Brand awareness and perception study for a drug.

Execution:

Used the targeted list of physicians provided by the client and acquired their email addresses after establishing first contact with them using the CATI setup.
Procured a list of physicians from a leading list broker in North America.
Survey Programming/Online Survey Hosting/Data Collection and Processing/ Cross tabulation of data based on pre-defined sets of banner points (variables)/Open ended Data Codification
Analysis: Data was analyzed in SPSS and finally reported in MS Power Point to give comprehensive insights. Relevant graphs and charts were generated identifying various trends.

Deliverables:

SPSS data map with all the 685 responses.
Raw open end data in Excel.
Open end data coded for questions specified by the client.
PowerPoint presentation summarising the findings and analysis.

Project duration: 2 weeks for survey programming and 2.5 weeks for field work, data collection, analysis and reporting.

Case Study 2: Medical Devices Research

Client: A market research company specializing in medical devices industry with operations in United States.

Methodology: Online Data Collection

Sample Size: 115 respondents (Hospital Administrators and Non-Administrators)

Geographical Focus: UK, India and Australia

Purpose: To determine the product market positioning strategy and understand the market landscape in the regions of interest.

Execution:

Procured a list of Hospital Administrators and Non-Administrators from a panel house.
Used CATI support to invite the panelists to participate in the study.
Launched email campaigns in parallel.
