Client Engagement and Delivery Process:

RuVega’s relationship with the client is completely based on trust. Before engaging a client we first demonstrate our capabilities and the quality of our work through a pilot project, which is a smaller scale version of a typical research project. Once we are approved, we engage the client till hand off, strictly adhering to Non Disclosure and Confidentility agreements made with the client.

RuVega’s delivery process starts with a survey questionnaire draft handed over by the client. During every step in research execution we continuously update the client with the status of the project and are extremely transparent in our communication with the client with regards to obtaining information or seeking approval before making any changes to the process.
